Who We Are

This website is operated by West Coast Hair Transplant Surgery ("we", "us" or "our"), the practice of Dr. Babak Nouhi, located at 815 Park Royal N, West Vancouver, BC. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and handle it in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What We Collect

We collect as little information as we need. Through this website, that means:

When you book a consultation

Our booking calendar, provided by Cal.com, asks for your full name, email address and phone number, along with the date and time you choose.

We do not ask for health information through the booking calendar. Please don't include medical details there. Dr. Nouhi will discuss your history with you at your consultation.

When you email us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

When you browse the site

Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically record basic technical information when pages and videos load, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The Cal.com booking calendar may use cookies or similar technology within the calendar itself so that it works properly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Schedule, confirm and manage your consultation
• Send you appointment confirmations, reminders and any changes to your booking
• Contact you about your appointment or answer your questions
• Prepare for your visit with Dr. Nouhi

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages without your permission, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your Consent

By booking a consultation or contacting us, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though we may then be unable to schedule or keep your appointment.

Sharing and Storage

We never sell or rent your information. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which stores your booking details and sends your appointment emails on our behalf. Cal.com is based in the United States, so your booking information may be stored outside Canada and be subject to the laws of that country. You can read Cal.com's Privacy Policy for details.

We may also disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, for example in response to a court order.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking information only as long as we need it to manage your appointment and meet our legal obligations. If you become a patient, your information becomes part of your medical record, which we are required to retain under the standards of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

How We Protect It

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website, reputable service providers, and limiting access to the staff who need it to care for you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we are required by law to keep it
• Withdraw your consent

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
